Ukraine visa Fees

Applicants for a Ukrainian sticker visa are required to pay a fee of $65, while those applying for an e-visa are charged $20 for a single entry and $30 for a double entry. Expedited service fees are double the regular fee. However, some applicants may be required to pay a different fee based on the reciprocity principle, which can be checked on the relevant website. In addition to visa fees, there may be additional service fees. It should be noted that all visa fees are non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of the application.

Where to apply

To apply for a Ukrainian visa, applicants can submit their application at the Ukrainian consulates or embassies in their country of citizenship or temporary/ permanent residence. They can also submit their application at Ukrainian Visa Application Centers (VACs). The list of consulates, embassies, and VACs can be found on the official website. E-visa applications can be submitted on the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.

For approved visa applications

Once an applicant receives their e-visa, they should save an electronic copy and print it out to present to the Immigration Officer upon arrival in Ukraine. For both stickers and e-visas, it is important for applicants to verify that the information on the visa matches the information on their passports.

For denied applications

  • In the case of a denied e-visa application, applicants have the option to either submit a new application or appeal the decision by sending a formal letter of appeal to evisa@mfa.gov.ua within two months of receiving the decision. If the appeal is granted, the applicant can log in to their e-visa account, edit the form, and resubmit it without paying the consular fee again.
  • If an applicant’s sticker visa application has been declined, they can send a request for reconsideration and an appeal letter to the Ukrainian embassy or consulate within two months from the day the decision was received.
