The following additional documents must be submitted by applicants who are below 18 years old:

  • Notarized copy of birth certificate.
  • A proof of parental or legal guardian permission for the minor applicant to travel to Azerbaijan is required.

Application steps

  • Collect all the required documents.
  • Complete the electronic visa application form.
  • To determine your eligibility for an e-visa and to check the requirements for an Azerbaijan visa, visit the official electronic visa portal.
  • Proceed to fill up the Azerbaijan visa application form.
  • Submit the Azerbaijan visa application form online.
  • Pay the Azerbaijan visa application fee. Online payments for the Azerbaijan visa can be made using credit or debit cards.
  • To start the visa application process, you should go to the official Ministry of Foreign Affairs website and select the visa option. Then, you can begin a new application and follow the subsequent steps provided.
  • To apply for a Brazil visa, the applicant should complete the online application form and select ‘Complete Application’ when finished. Once completed, the applicant will receive an application number. The receipt must be printed and signed.
  • The applicant should glue their photo onto the designated field on the printed receipt. Stapling the photo onto the receipt is not allowed.

Applicants for an Azerbaijan e-visa need to pay a fee of US$25. For a single-entry sticker tourist visa, the fee is $20, while for a multiple-entry sticker tourist visa, it is $350. Other fees, such as service fees, may also apply and vary based on the applicant's nationality. Rush visa processing is an available option for an additional fee. Note that all fees are non-refundable, regardless of the result of the Azerbaijan visa application.

Where to apply

  • To apply for a Brazil visa, applicants can submit their application online using the oofficial website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and then personally submit their receipt and documents at the Brazilian consulate or embassy in their country of citizenship or residence. Alternatively, they may also choose to submit their application through a third party, or via mail or courier. However, it is important to note that citizens of certain countries may be required to apply for a Brazil visa in person at the consulate or embassy in their country of citizenship or residence.

  • When to apply

    It is advisable for applicants to apply for an Azerbaijan e-visa at least three business days before their intended travel date.

    Brazil Visa Processing Time

    Azerbaijan e-visa applications are typically processed within 3 business days. However, for paper applications, the processing time is typically longer, taking between 15 to 20 working days.

    For approved visa applications:

    After an e-visa application is approved, applicants will receive a digital copy of their Azerbaijan visa via email. It is important to carefully review the visa information to ensure it matches the information on your travel document. In case of any discrepancies, you will need to reapply. The e-visa must be downloaded, printed and presented to border control upon arrival in Azerbaijan.

    For denied visa applications

    The applicants whose Azerbaijan visa applications were refused can either file an administrative complaint or reapply for a visa at the appropriate consulate or embassy.
